Raw Material Inspection
The raw materials required for production are procured from our trustworthy vendors. Our supplier list is carefully selected to ensure we obtain environmentally friendly and safe materials that fit our brand.
Raw materials undergo a rigorous inspection process before being used to make our handmade makeup brushes.
Our manufacturing team utilizes precision tools and years of experience to inspect raw materials, identify and filter out any defective or impure materials so that the final product is guaranteed to be of high quality.
Product Inspection After Each Process
In order to maintain the high quality of our makeup brushes and shaving brushes, our workers conduct inspections after each production process.
Some quality control checks include visual inspections to determine the appearance of the bristles, as well as strength and adhesion testing to show whether the bristles are tightly adhered to the ferrule and the brush handle.
These preliminary inspections by workers and finished product inspection by QC teams minimize the defect rate of the final makeup brushes.
